You know what you have, but do you know what you lost?

THE SIGN: If your Realtor suggests having an open house on Sunday to get an offer before Listing the home on Monday.
 
Getting an offer before you go to market may sound exciting but missing out on multiple offers by not allowing all of the other buyers to see your home on MLS and through showings in the first week is a tragedy! It can take almost a week for the listing information to be viewed by Realtors and Buyers alike once a property is listed so you may be missing out on a lot more interest by taking an offer before the listing has a chance to circulate.
 
I am seeing this WAY TOO MUCH lately and I wonder if these Sellers know what they are really missing? The market is hot hot hot in Hamilton-Burlington and Sellers need to know how to maximize their selling potential.
 
Trust a market expert not just a market participant!
